The objective of
an audit engagement is for us to examine our client’s financial
statements in accordance with generally accepted audit
standards in order to give reasonable assure that the financial statements are
free of material misstatements. |

A review engagement
involves reviewing our client’s financial
statements in accordance with Statements on Standards for
Accounting and Review Services issued by the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The
objective of a review is to determine if
there are any material modifications required of the
client’s financial statements in order for them to be in
conformity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). |
