Prior to
incorporating his own business, Mr. Kimura gained experience
with a small CPA firm in Oakland for three years before
moving on to positions sucessively of greater responsibility
with a major national firm. Six years later, he transitioned
from his position as Audit Manager to take on the new and
exciting challenge of serving clients personally and
directly with his newly created venture, K. Kimura and
Company. |

Besides his
education, certifications and experience Mr. Kimura is an

Recently, Mr.
Kimura, who is from Osaka Japan, also wrote and published
CPA Eno Michi, or A Way of Becoming an American CPA. His
book is very highly recommended by Mr. Tsutomu Hotta, who
was the lead attorney and prosecutor in a major Lockheed
scandal case. Mr. Kimura is presently working on his
second book, which is soon to be published. |

Now serving small to
medium-sized businesses, and in addition to outstanding local and
international client service, Mr. Kimura’s leadership and team
building skills are the drive behind his expansion beyond the greater
Los Angeles area and into the Pan Pacific Basin, especially in China
and Japan. |

Integral to K. Kimura and
Company’s growth is the outstanding account management of Wendy Zhong,
CPA, who since early 2000 has been leading the drive in serving
the American and Chinese communities here and abroad. Miss Zhong is
originally from Shanghai, China; in addition to her duties at K.
Kimura and Company, she is enrolled in the MBA program at California State University of
Los Angeles.

Assisting
Ms. Zhong and Mr. Kimura is Warren Shimada. Mr. Shimada's
education began at UCLA, where he achieved a B.A. in English
Literature. His education continued at UCLA extension, where he
obtained a Certificate in Accounting. He took the CPA exam
directly after graduating and quickly passed all four sections in one

a Masters in Business Taxation program. |

In
addition to our regular employees, K. Kimura and
Company offers an internship program for qualified, motivated college
students. The internship allows the intern to gain entry-level
experience into the workings of a CPA firm, and it also allows the
company to keep an eye out for any potential future regular
employees. |

Company’s objective is to help our clients grow by assisting them
with managing funds wisely, providing accurate accounting data in a
